Activities
Activity 1
Technological surveillance and specification of Scooters and Sharing Systems
The Preliminary Studies activity was coordinated by CEIIA and foresees the elaboration of studies aimed primarily at the detailed review of recent research results that will serve as a basis for the process of concept definition, specifications, and solution development.
Activity 2
Scooter Concept Study, Structure
and Software
This activity aimed to develop several concepts for the design of the new scooter, based on previous activities, both in terms of differentiation from existing solutions, and in terms of technical specifications. The activity also includes the development of the graphic interface for the interaction between the user, the vehicle, and the management system.
Activity 3
Scooter Development, Structure, Connectivity and Software
The development activity, under the leadership of CITNM, is aimed at developing the scooter's main components, namely the structure, design, interface and mobility management system.
Activity 4
Prototype Building and Integration
To validate the work completed in the other activities of the project, two prototypes will be built for simultaneous testing. This activity, led by AJP, includes the fabrication of prototype parts and the assembly of all components and accessories.
Activity 5
Prototype Testing and Validation
With the construction of the 2 prototypes, functional tests will be carried out, as well as tests in a real environment in the Technological Free Zone of Matosinhos. This activity will last 9 months and will be led by CEIIA.
Activity 6
Promotion and Dissemination
This activity aims to ensure the dissemination of the project and its results throughout the various phases. It is planned to present the project's progress at fairs and technical and scientific conferences, to organize actions to disseminate results and a public presentation session, as well as the dissemination of results on the project's website and social networks, and other websites and social networks.
